Unlock Bios Password acer c738t

i have an acer c738t . is there a way I can remove the google account ? i've tried removing te security screw.. but It keeps looping back to google account.

i didn't face that problem
just search for it on NET
or contact google

The Chromebook is enrolled to a school.. unfortunately, I have no contact with the school since they closed down. I contacted google and they said the school has to unenroll it.

unfortunately we can't do anything about that problem
a new windows might solve the problem
i don't exactly know
