Unlock Bios Password Dell 7410

Please help me unlock bios
Motheboard : FDX40 LA-J261P REV:1.0(A00)

I tried this password and it is incorect
When i type this password and then press ctrl+enter it writes ''master password is not supported''

Bios is now unlocked,service tag is programmed.
But when i turn on the laptop it needs 27 seconds to show picture.
I think you need to do clean me on this dump,what do you think ?

With this bios,when i turn off laptop ventilator is spinning for another one hour.
Also it randomly shut down few times.
After it shut downs it won't turn on until i recconect battery
Please help

Again laptop needs 27 seconds to show picture.
And bios is locked,please send me working one it is not easy to solder this chip 5 times.
Best will be if you can unlock my original one

32MB bios file can't be unlocked

and unfortunately there is no other bios file for this device
