bios file is 1MB ?
Not sure. Cannot do anything with unit. It only powers on displaying the service tag and password box. After 3 attempts it display F1 to power off or it automatically shutdown in 5 min. They are the original purchaser so maybe they will need to call Dell, not sure what else to do.
