Unlock Bios Password hp probook 650 g1 master bios password needed

here is my problem
i bought a lot of laptops without hard drives from school, then i ship them for resell. At destination, i find out all those laptops have bios administrator password.
i posted here and i received bin files thank you for those who have intervening on that treats. However, the bin file required reprogramming the bios by unsoldering the bios chip, and putting it back i do have any tool for it
please can anyone help me generate a master bios password. i have about 30 pieces of this type of laptops now i am loosing all my money on them.I cannot even access to boot loader to install windows because only internet is present on boot menu please help.
i will really appreciated. please see the attach dump files which contain the bios password

As I told you before the only way we know to unlock this kind of password is reprogramming them with unlocked file or new Bios.
