broken usb-c connector after replacing laptop error beep code: 0284: TCG-compliant functionality-related error (might be the bios code validation failure)

we tried 4 bios codes here from the forum but the laptop still doesn't work. the laptop no longer has the error beep code but it's still without a screen (black screen)

with bios "NM-B911 clean.zip" the laptop cannot be turned on, it has no power consumption at all, the power button only lights up for a moment.
