Unlock Bios Password Lenovo T510 Power on Password

I have a Lenovo laptop with a password at startup, I treid two bios from dr. bios but the laptop become no display, so I upload the original bios and want the same bios without password. can you help me with this?

Laptop model: Lenovo T510
motherboard number: 48 4CU02 031 LKN-1 SWG MB 08272-3

As you know, in ThinkPad laptops, you should jump security chip pin 5 and 6 to remove Bios password.

Note: it might not work on some ThinkPad series, if so; I suggest you to remove security chip (IC), then password would be removed.
Note: number of security chip on motherboard is U77
