Unlock Bios Password machine is not in a committed state

Merry christmas everybody

I have bought a used hp elitebook 8470p from ebay and during power on i get the message "machine is not in a committed state"

I searched for the solution and i think that someone needs to reprogram some info such as s/n, model number etc

For that, i need the correct dmi tool.

Could you please provide this tool please?
