MSI H61M-P21 B3 Short Circuit Problem

I love this video and your scientific approach to solve the problem but plz give me (if you can) the schematic of MSI H61M-P21 B3 and the it's broadview file.

i have a pc dell model 5050 everything is ok. On turning off the systom, the systom gets banded but the fan keeps running at full speed.
