File Request Need help finding my Service Tage. dell inspiron 14 5418

I have a dell laptop that was not turning on, i backed up the bios that was on there and flashed a stock bios that i got from the Dell website. I dont have the service tag stickers that came with the laptop they were pulled off a long time ago. if anyone can help me find it here is the Oriiginal bios pulled before the stock was flashed.

Thank you, I got the computer running but is there any way to find out what the Service Tage number is through the Original BIOS? The computer is asking for it now, and I don't have the OEM sticker on the laptop anymore.
