Unlock Bios Password Newbie help

I work at an e-waste facility and I'm trying to unlock bios passwords. I've tried to search high and low with what to do with the .bin files but I have had no luck. Do I need to pull a specific file from each laptop? If so, how would I do that. Is it even worth trying to bios unlock mass amounts of laptops? Any sort of help would be greatly appreciated, even links to videos

how do i get that? I haven't figured out how to flash bios or anything and cant find any straight forward answers

Do you have any programmer device to get a backup of Bios?
