sorry sir but i want just gain the problem if u can patch the orignal backup then i csn get the solution
i have dout i just want to know about the lock the bios is lock or other thing
before send me the file they still disply but chromebook is still lock i properly powewash also

this model i already give techntion he already unlocked the chromebook but he not give the file he already write on one chromebook if that one file i send u ..you can fix the problem bcs if one write the file and put on chrombook then if i read that file and write on another chromebook they have no disply i hope you undrstand

acer bios can't be patched like lenovo or etc...
you need to try new bios or response code
