Unlock Bios Password TOSHIBA PORTEGE Z930-153 how to remove password

Hello. Could you please tell me how to remove the bios password on this model? i flashed the bios dump from dr bios and it did not get removed. is it stored somewhere else? it has bios chip WINBOND 25Q64CVSIG and SIO SMSC MEC1618-AJZP.

the password is stored in SMSC chip
you need to replace it with new one to remove password
