Unlock Bios Password Toshiba Tecra r840-a991 supervisor password

I have laptop toshiba tecra r840-a991 need to reset bios password( Supervisor password)
Please help

alaikum salam
unfortunately there is no certain way to remove password for toshiba devices
but usually password is stored on security ic like SMSC or KBC which should be replaced with same ic to remove password
