Unlock Bios Password asus A1502z uefi password at power on

If your Asus laptop has a Bios password, you can easily remove the password without opening the laptop. All you need to do is to press “Alt” and “R” keys simultaneously on password page. A date will be displayed. Please send us that date so that we can send you the password.
I pressed "Alt + R" keys simultaneously and there is nothing appeared.
I even tried pressing "Control and Alt" keys simultaneously as shown on this topic at dr.bios community, also nothing is appeared
It is a new laptop with 12th generation CPU
What do you suggest?

is it safe to flash a new bios for this new generation model, is there a probability of having a level of security that leads to a permanent board malfunction.
I had have this issue with a lenovo thinkpad and I payed the cost of working device to the client and that was an embarrassing situation.
there is no other way to remove password for this device
