I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the delay in receiving a BIOS bin file that I requested on different times , this has the impact on my job because the customer doesnot give me the time till your response . I hope you will fix this issue and continue with your great reputation as you work before

Hello,
I'm very sorry for not being able to respond on time. There has been a time‑zone difference recently and due to some circumstances,
my colleague has also been unable to come online, which has caused some delays in our response time.
But we are doing our best to resolve the issue.
