5 Digit Code:
If after entering the wrong password three times, you saw a 5 digit code on your screen like in the picture below, send us the code.
And after receiving a password from us, turn OFF your system once and then turn it ON and enter the password.
8 Character Code:
If after entering the wrong password three times, you saw an 8 character code on your screen like in the picture below, send us the code.
And after receiving a password from us, turn OFF your system once and then turn it ON and enter the password.
20 Character Code (5x4):
If after entering the wrong password three times, you saw a 20 character code on your screen like in the picture below, send us the code.
And after receiving a password from us, turn OFF your system once and then turn it ON and enter the password.
24 Character Code (6x4):
If after entering the wrong password three times, you saw a 24 character code on your screen like in the picture below, send us the code.
And after receiving a password from us, turn OFF your system once and then turn it ON and enter the password.
Important Note: If your laptop doesn’t show any codes by entering the wrong password 3 times, on the password screen, enter the following 3 codes in a row and press the “enter” key each time.
