ASUS Zenbook Q409ZA does not give a date upon incorrect password attempt it just locks up. What information is needed to get past the forgotten password also on my HP 14m-dw1023dx I used the same password on both

models you sent are not exact board model

remove stickers and heat sink and check for that again
